Little Hay Cottage: An enchanting Two-bedroom with a secluded one-acre garden and your very own waterside views.
Marianne's Cottage: A spacious and airy living area and sunroom, with two upstairs ensuite bedrooms
Garden Cottage: Two ensuite bedrooms. Garden Cottage is light-filled and luxurious, with large windows and a private terrace.
Bay Villas: 4 Bedroom Villas designed for family and friends. Guests of our Bay Villas enjoy a full & modern kitchen, a large dining room, a private garden, and a relaxing patio.
Guests will receive a welcome hamper on arrival containing all the essentials to enjoy in your luxury cottage or villa. Continental breakfast will be delivered each morning with our compliments, should you wish to order a hot breakfast this will need to be pre-ordered.
House dogs are welcome to stay in our cottages. A standard cleaning fee of €100 will be applied if your dog travels with you, please advise in advance. |

• Dinner for two adults on two nights of your stay, one evening in The Falls Restaurant and one evening in The Stables Brasserie (please note only 1 dinner in The Stables is included for 2 adults and up to 3 kids sharing - below 12 years old)

Full prepayment of the is required by the 1st December. Our cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival.
