We were delighted to work with the team from the Beara Distillery to create a bespoke gin for Sheen Falls Lodge. The Beara Distillery is located near Castletownbere on the Beara Peninsula and they are producers of hand crafted, small batch gin. The Sheen Falls Lodge gin is infused with flavours of lemon verbena and pine, which are both found in abundance on the estate.
